From Wilmington and points north

Proceed south on I-95 to the Christiana Mall Road exit and get on Route 1 south. Proceed
on Route 1 south about 2 to 3 miles; get in the left lane to exit at Exit 156(B) which says Wilmington/ Rt. 13 north. You will be at the Tybouts Corner intersection of Rt. 1 and Rt. 13. There will be a traffic light, Third Base Produce Market on the right, and a Mobil service station on the left. Proceed north at the light and get into the left lane. About 1.5 miles north of the light make a left into the Buena Vista Conference Center.

From Sussex County, Kent County and points south

Take Rt. 1 North and cross the C&D Canal Bridge. Stay left and take Exit 156 (Rt. 13N). Look for the traffic light at Tybouts Corner. At the Tybouts Corner intersection of Rt. 1 & Rt. 13, there will be a traffic light, Third Base Produce market on the right, and a Mobil service station on the left. Proceed north at the light and get into the left lane. About 1.5 miles north of the light, make a left into the Buena Vista Conference Center.
